An interesting article about Agility, Scrum and the daily stand-up meeting.
Some points look specific to the author's experience (people already know what you did last summer(?)/ yesterday.
Anyway, IMHO, the good points are in the end of the article, and especially in the sentence :
My philosophy with Scrum has always been "do what works."
==> Experiment (which doesn't mean you have to change your process every time) and learn how to make the team better.
